We must urge you to be on time for your appointments – we have staggered the appointments so there should not be a crossover of customers if everyone keeps to their time. This also gives us time to clean between appointments. If you are 15 minutes (or over) late for your appointment you will risk losing your slot and being charged.

Only one customer in the shop at any one time.

Please take your dog’s lead and collar away with you and bring them back at pickup. We will use our leads which will be cleaned between grooms.

With more than nine years’ experience in dog grooming, and a Level 3 City & Guilds qualification, my aim is to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible while they’re being pampered.
I provide a flexible service in a safe and relaxing environment, free from cages and drying cabinets.
My one-to-one appointments allow me to get to know your dog fully and for you to discuss their specific needs.
The shop has homely pens and comfy beds, and I will always take the time to make each dog feel special, no matter what their shape or size.
